extraordinary italian heirloom pumpkin with distinctive warty, blue-green skin and deeply ribbed shape. marina di chioggia is considered one of the finest eating pumpkins, with dense, sweet, golden-orange flesh.

large fruits can weigh 5-10kg and have exceptional storage qualities, lasting 6 months or more. the thick, dry flesh is perfect for gnocchi, risotto, soups, and roasting. flavor improves with storage.

it is a vigorous vines which need space to sprawl. this stunning variety is as ornamental as it is delicious, making a beautiful addition to autumn displays.
