famous spanish tapas pepper with mild, sweet flavor and occasional surprise heat. padron peppers are traditionally fried in olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt for a simple, delicious dish.

compact plants produce abundant small green peppers perfect for harvesting young. most are mild and sweet, but about 1 in 10 packs a spicy surprise. harvest at 5-8cm for best flavor and texture.
